How To Use PowerFib

Over/Under & Close Above/Below Principal
PowerFib entries are based on the over/under principal, which simply means we’re looking for price to retrace to an area of support/resistance, then being rejected (buyers/sellers entering in strength), closing above/below the area, then resuming the trend. We aim to catch price at its area of rotation and target a sensible area for a low-risk, high-reward trade.
Target Extensions
For Long Positions (Bullish moves) we measure from Swing High (100% level anchor-point) to Swing Low (0% level anchor-point) and target fib levels and extensions (138.2, 161.8, 261.8, etc.). This is where PowerFib’s flexibility separates it from everything else. You choose whatever Swing High/Swing Low, Candle Open/Close, Volume Level you want. We went to extra lengths to make sure you can use it according to how you trade. All other Fibonacci strategies choose arbitrary highs/lows and you just have to live with…not us. It’s your account, your trade, you need a tool that works the way you want it to.

For Short Positions (Bearish moves) we go in the direction of the trend and measure from Swing Low (100% level anchor-point) to Swing High (0% level anchor-point).

And that’s how you use PowerFib.
